How to use

Return Eligibility

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The device must be returned in good working condition and free from intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper mounting, or excessive wear.

Return Shipping

Restocking Fee

Due to the inspection, testing, sanitization, repackaging review, and processing required for returned red light therapy devices, approved returns for masks, helmets, and panels are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, LuxBiom will repair or replace the device in accordance with our warranty policy at no additional cost to you.
