At LuxBiom, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your EternaLux set, LuxPlus Hair Regrowth Helmet or LUXPLUS panel, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty & Protection

Every LuxBiom device includes a limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and covered functional failures under normal use. The warranty period depends on your device:

Device Warranty

EternaLux Face + Neck/Decolletage Set: 1-year limited warranty

LuxPlus Hair Regrowth Helmet: 3-year limited warranty

LUXPLUS 300 MAX / 600 / 2000 XL panels: 3-year limited warranty

If your device has a covered issue during its warranty period, our team will help diagnose the problem and provide an appropriate resolution. This may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service or a replacement unit.

To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order information and photos or videos showing the issue.

Included with Every Purchase

  • Product-specific limited warranty (1 or 3 years, see table above)
  • Coverage for manufacturing defects and covered functional failures under normal use
  • Dedicated customer support and troubleshooting
  • Repair, replacement parts or a replacement unit when approved under warranty

Optional Accidental Protection

The LuxBiom limited warranty does not cover accidental damage. For extra peace of mind, Optional Accidental Protection is available at checkout on eligible devices. It is a separate, optional plan and is not part of the included warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The LuxBiom limited warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, water damage, failure to follow product instructions, incorrect use of stands or mounting hardware, unauthorized repairs, or normal cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from LuxBiom or an authorized LuxBiom reseller. Proof of purchase may be required. The warranty is non-transferable.

Return Eligibility

  • Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Items may be opened and tested
  • Items must be returned in good working condition, free from intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper mounting or excessive wear
  • Include all original accessories, cables, manuals, mounting hardware, stands and packaging wherever possible
  • Return approval is subject to inspection after we receive the item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or is found to be defective under warranty.

Restocking Fee

Because returned red light therapy devices require inspection, testing, sanitization and repackaging, approved returns of masks, helmets and panels are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect during its warranty period, LuxBiom will repair or replace it under our warranty policy at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds go to the original payment method once the returned product has been received, inspected and approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive it.
