If you are not completely satisfied with your LuxBiom LED Mask, Hair
Therapy Helmet, or LED Panel, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty & Protection

Every LuxBiom device includes a complimentary 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, providing protection against manufacturing defects and covered functional failures under normal use.

If your device experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, our team will help diagnose the problem and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair service, or a replacement unit.

To submit a warranty claim, please get in touch with our support team with your order information and photos and/or videos showing the issue.

Warranty Exclusions

The LuxBiom Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, water damage, failure to follow product instructions, incorrect use of stands or mounting hardware, unauthorized repairs, or normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance.

The LuxBiom Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products purchased directly from LuxBiom or an authorized LuxBiom reseller. Proof of purchase may be required. The warranty is non-transferable.

Return Eligibility

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The device must be returned in good working condition and free from intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper mounting, or excessive wear.
  • Items can be opened/tested
  • Items must be returned in good working condition
  • Items should include all original accessories, cables, manuals,
    mounting hardware, stands, and original packaging whenever possible
  • Return approval is subject to review after the item is received and
    inspected

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or is determined to be defective under warranty.

Restocking Fee

Due to the inspection, testing, sanitization, repackaging review, and processing required for returned red light therapy devices, approved returns for masks, helmets, and panels are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, LuxBiom will repair or replace the device in accordance with our warranty policy at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after receipt of the returned item.
