Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
1-Year Limited Warranty
Your purchase is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your light is not functioning properly within this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.
All warranty claims must include customer-provided photo and/or video documentation of the issue.
Warranty resolutions may include shipment of replacement parts, remote troubleshooting, or replacement with a new or refurbished unit.
Damage caused by misuse, drops, tampering, unauthorized disassembly, improper assembly, or incorrect use of stands and hardware is not covered under warranty.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from www.luxbiom.com or an authorized reseller and is non-transferable.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for LuxBiom LED Masks and Hair Replacement Helmets. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened devices are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee & Non-Refundable Costs
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Third-Party PurchasesIf your LuxBiom product was purchased through a spa, clinic, or authorized third-party provider, all return requests must be handled directly with that provider in accordance with their policies.
Defective Products & Warranty
If your item arrives defective or experiences a manufacturer issue, it is covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Include your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
