Return Eligibility
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The device must be returned in good working condition and free from intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper mounting, or excessive wear.
- Items can be opened/tested
- Items must be returned in good working condition
- Items should include all original accessories, cables, manuals,
mounting hardware, stands, and original packaging whenever possible - Return approval is subject to review after the item is received and
inspected
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or is determined to be defective under warranty.
Restocking Fee
Due to the inspection, testing, sanitization, repackaging review, and processing required for returned red light therapy devices, approved returns for masks, helmets, and panels are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, LuxBiom will repair or replace the device in accordance with our warranty policy at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after receipt of the returned item.
