Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
Please allow 12–24 days for door-to-door delivery, depending on your location and carrier schedule.
What's your warranty?
1-Year Limited Warranty
Your purchase is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your light is not functioning properly within this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.
All warranty claims must include customer-provided photo and/or video documentation of the issue.
Warranty resolutions may include shipment of replacement parts, remote troubleshooting, or replacement with a new or refurbished unit.
Damage caused by misuse, drops, tampering, unauthorized disassembly, improper assembly, or incorrect use of stands and hardware is not covered under warranty.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from www.luxbiom.com or an authorized reseller and is non-transferable.
What is red light therapy and how does it work?
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and reach the cells. This light energy is absorbed by the mitochondria, boosting ATP (cellular energy) production. The result is improved cellular repair, reduced inflammation, and enhanced overall performance and recovery.
What is your return policy?
Satisfaction Guarantee
If, within 14 days of delivery, you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your LED panels for a refund. This policy applies only to LED panels and excludes stands and accessories, which are final sale.
Return Conditions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Incomplete or damaged returns will be refused.
Refunds are issued after inspection and credited to the original payment method.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all elective returns.
Once a shipment is received and/or signed for, it is considered “open box” or “used” and subject to restocking fees if returned.
Shipping and insurance fees from the original order are non-refundable.
No exceptions.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are correctly shipped but are refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or sent back to our warehouse will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs.
Final Sale Items
All sales on stands, remote controls, and other optional accessories are final and not eligible for elective return.

To initiate a return, please contact support@luxbiom.com for a Return Authorization and instructions. Shipments sent without prior authorization are not the responsibility of LuxBiom and may result in lost merchandise.
Pricing Policy
All orders are billed according to the price at the time of purchase. LuxBiom does not retroactively apply discounts, promotions, or referral credits once an order has been completed and shipped.

How do I use LuxBiom Therapy Lights?
For best results, use your devices for 10–20 minutes per treatment area, keeping a distance of 8–14 inches for deep tissue or 16–24 inches for facial therapy on bare skin. Limit to 2–3 areas per day, 3–5 times per week. Start with shorter sessions or a greater distance, then gradually increase as your body adjusts.
Do I need to wear eye protection?
Eye protection is optional. The light itself is no more harmful than other types, but its intensity can be uncomfortable for the eyes. For safety, avoid looking directly into the panels, just as you would with any bright light. Many users simply close their eyes or look to the side during use.

How is the product shipped and packaged?
Each unit is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days, and tracking information is provided once your item is on its way.
